The yoghurt is let to remain in the affected area for an hour or even overnight as it eases itching. The process is repeated until the condition is cured. Olive Leaf extract: – It also has anti-fungal properties the effectively treat yeast infections. Olive tree leaves should be crushed in a jar. Alcohol is then added, and the mixture left for a few days. The extract is then applied on the affected area at regular intervals such as thrice a day.
Apple Cider vinegar: – It has been proved effective for yeast infections. A hot bath with some vinegar added is one of the application methods. Affected areas are then washed thoroughly. Also, it can also be swallowed as capsules or even at least two tablespoonfuls a day.
