The diabetic person should take 6 teaspoons of the black seed oil for seven days which should be taken at three different times during the day. After this period take four teaspoons each day two in the morning and the other two in the evening. Do this for four days and then follow this by taking two teaspoons of this oil for two more days. The diabetic should also rub the oil and drink a lot of water in the morning for ten days. You must mix the black seed oil with some fruit juice and repeat the whole process in case there are no improvements.

Cinnamon helps in reducing the levels of insulin in the body and also reducing the levels of triglycerides and LDL cholesterol. The extract is good in protecting the liver cells. It is recommended that a person take three capsules each day at any time of the day.

 

Olive oil: Olive oil is good in preventing diabetes. This is because the oil reduces triglycerides and LDL cholesterol levels. Take a quarter cup of olive oil before sleeping. You should not take a full cup because of the high calorie in the oil because diabetes is prevented by first taking care of your weight.
